Raoul Hausmann was one of the leading Dadaist, and early experimenter of all things art and politics, and especially in these photos, exploring the nature of body as art. Known for his writing and collage work, these have a more subtle appeal, and a beauty in shade and shadow. From our research, most of these appear to have been shot in the 1930s.
